Are you worried about SECURITY?
We have two connections we can establish to your PC.
The non-encrypted version of Tiger Computer Systems' Connection Software is compressed. A hacker would need knowledge of when the session was happening, have access to the stream of data and then know how to decode the compressed stream before they would finally be able to see the session. This would be very difficult. To make Tiger Computer Systems' Connection Software even more secure we have a version with 128 bit RC4 encryption. There is no need to worry about sensitive data.
Just ask the technician which version you would like to use for your session.
